Warranty Guidelines

LVE offers a 6 month warranty for Evolv DNA based devices and a 90 day warranty on all other devices. Any warranty is valid from the date of purchase. If an Evolv DNA based product fails due to a manufacturer’s defect (i.e. malfunctioning chipset, loose connections, etc.), LVE will gladly repair the product, or replace it for a new unit at our discretion. Costs of return shipping are covered by the customer. For non Evolv DNA devices the retailer or distributor shall act as LVE's agent by providing repairs or replacement. This policy does not overrule / amend the distributors or retailers own policies.

A dated proof of purchase such as an invoice showing the full name and address of the person submitting the claim.

The device was purchased from an authourised retailer or distributor.

– Warranty is expired

– Normal wear and tear

– Damage caused by improper use

– Products purchased lower than MSRP and from unauthorized vendor

– Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use, lack of care or neglect

– Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties not in accordance with LVE recommendations
