Read the manual for your exact model, inspect the device and pod for damage, confirm the pod or coil is compatible, and follow the filling and charging instructions before use. Do not use a damaged, wet, or unusually hot device.

Compatibility varies by model. Check the model name on the device and packaging, then use the compatibility table in its manual or product page. Do not fit a pod, coil, or RBA that is not listed for your device.

A small amount of condensation can collect around a pod during normal use. Remove the pod and dry the pod base and device contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Stop using the pod if liquid continues to escape, the housing is damaged, or the seal is not secure.
How should I charge my LVE device safely?Power & charging
Use the charging method and electrical requirements stated in the manual for your model. Charge on a stable, dry surface, keep the device attended, and disconnect it if the cable, port, battery, or device becomes damaged or unusually hot.

Turn the device off and remove the pod or tank. Wipe exterior surfaces and contacts with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not immerse the device, introduce liquid into the charging port, or use metal tools on electrical contacts.
How long is the LVE warranty?Warranty & service
DNA devices have a 6-month limited manufacturing warranty. Non-DNA devices have a 3-month limited manufacturing warranty. Coverage starts from the purchase date and requires dated proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor.

Prepare dated proof of purchase, the seller or distributor name, clear photos of the complete device and reported issue, and a serial-number or packaging-label photo when available. A concise description of the fault and troubleshooting already tried helps support review the request.
